3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).

Refunds for annual renewals may be requested within 7 days of the renewal charge.

Refunds are not available for monthly renewals or after the 7 days renewal window.

Customers are responsible for managing their subscriptions and cancellations via their account dashboard before the renewal date.
4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds typically take 3–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We cannot process refunds to alternative payment methods.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following cases:

Accounts found in violation of our Terms & Conditions.

6. Duplicate Payments
If you were charged more than once for the same service, you are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate transaction. Please provide:

7. Cancellation Policy

No further payments will be charged after cancellation.
